The lifecycle

Issue. Renew. Deploy. Revoke.

Every stage of the certificate lifecycle, automated end-to-end with policy guardrails and full audit history.

Templated, policy-gated issuance

Auto-generate CSRs, apply certificate templates, and route requests through the right CA — with approval gates when policy demands them.

  • Automated CSR generation
  • Template-based issuance
  • Multi-CA orchestration
  • Optional approval gates
Automated certificate issuance workflow
Renewal workflows

Automated renewal workflows

Configure renewal windows per CA and per certificate template. TigerTrust orchestrates the whole flow — CSR, issuance, validation, deployment — without a human in the loop.

How it works
  • Configurable renewal windows
  • Multi-CA orchestration
  • Automatic validation and health checks
  • Rollback on deployment failure

Deployment

Zero-touch deployment to every target

Server agents, cloud APIs, and load balancer integrations handle certificate installation for you. Service-mesh compatible for cloud-native workloads.

How it works
  • Server agent deployment
  • Cloud provider integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Load balancer support (F5, NGINX, HAProxy)
  • Service mesh compatibility (Istio, Linkerd)

Alerts

Proactive alerts with escalation

Multi-channel notifications at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiration — with escalation policies that hit PagerDuty, Slack, or your incident queue when time runs out.

How it works
  • Email, Slack, and PagerDuty integrations
  • Escalation workflows with on-call routing
  • Custom alert rules per certificate class
  • Renewal forecasting for the next 12 months

Zero certificate outages across 18,000 endpoints for 14 months and counting.

Before TigerTrust we had a Sev-1 every quarter from a missed renewal. We turned on automation, deleted the calendar reminders, and just… stopped having them.

Frequently asked questions

Most teams have their first automated renewal running end-to-end within a week. The pattern is: connect a CA, connect a deployment target (cloud provider, load balancer, or agent-managed host), and pick a certificate template. TigerTrust generates the CSR, submits it to the CA, validates the response, deploys to the target, and runs a health check — all without a human in the loop. Rolling the pattern out to the rest of your estate typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on target diversity.
Public CAs (DigiCert, Sectigo, GlobalSign, Entrust, Let's Encrypt, ZeroSSL, Google Trust Services) via native APIs and ACME. Private CAs including Microsoft ADCS, EJBCA, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Private CA, GCP Certificate Authority Service, and Azure Key Vault. TigerTrust's own PKI Core is included if you want a fully managed private CA. Multi-CA orchestration means a single workflow can route different templates to different issuers based on policy.
Every deployment takes a pre-cutover snapshot of the existing certificate and configuration. If the post-deployment health check fails — TLS handshake broken, chain incomplete, expected SAN missing — TigerTrust automatically rolls back to the previous certificate. The failure is logged, the on-call is paged via your escalation policy (PagerDuty, Slack, Opsgenie), and the workflow enters a manual-review state until an operator ack's it. No blast radius, no silent breakage.
Yes. TigerTrust ships plugins for Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI. A single step in your pipeline can request, retrieve, and validate a certificate — with automatic backoff, retry, and rollback semantics. The REST API and Terraform provider cover anything else. Webhook events let you drive downstream automation (config reloads, ServiceNow ticket updates) from lifecycle events.
Pricing is based on the number of managed certificates under automation, not the number of issuance events. Renewals, revocations, and re-deployments are all included. Public CA fees are passed through at cost when TigerTrust brokers the purchase. A 30-day pilot on your production estate is available so you can measure the actual manual-work reduction before committing.
Yes. The TigerTrust agent runs entirely inside your network and communicates with the control plane over a single outbound mTLS connection. For fully air-gapped estates, a self-hosted deployment on Kubernetes or bare-metal is supported, with signed offline update bundles for the platform itself. Renewals proceed against your internal CA even with no internet access.

Automate the lifecycle. End certificate outages.
